[Lake Texoma] It has been about two weeks since my last Lake Texoma fishing report and with the warmer weather we have seen a few changes on the lake. Water temperature is 43-49 degrees, lake elevation is 616.19 and water is off color. We are mainly fishing west of the Highport marina, working ledges and humps in the 30-45 ft water.
[Lake Texoma] It has been about two weeks since my last Lake Texoma fishing report and with the warmer weather we have seen a few changes on the lake. [Lake LBJ] A cold, wet winter slows the spawn. Anglers are patiently waiting to fill thier coolers with white bass and crappie and the bass fisherman are chomping at the bit for the big females to move to the shallows.

[Lake Baccarac] Excellent report from the Lodge this morning with all boats catching over 70 bass and Jimmy Manley landing 13.9 pound bass using a 8 inch Watermelon Lizzard....All seven boats reporting EXCELLENT bass fishing.

[Kosi Lakes] We launched at 04h00 in the hope of getting another early morning GT or 2, the water surface temperature had dropped to 26 deg. C and the was the lightest of NE winds blowing. It was not very long when we got our 1st hit and after 15 minutes of heavy fighting we landed another superb GT.

[Kosi Lakes] After getting all our permits etc. in order we launched the boat at about 08h30, it was a hot day of around 38 deg. C and very humid, there was a light NE wind and the water surface temperature averaged around 29.5 deg. C. The Kosi Lake system was looking good with the water levels where they should be, and the water was crystal clear.

[Kosi Lakes] Kosi lakes is a natural estuary system on the northern borders of Kwa Zulu Natal consisting of 3 saltwater lakes and the Kosi Mouth set in a wetland reserve, and besides good fishing for a variety of estuary fish and game fish, the area is stunning, natural and unspoilt. It is one of those places you need to go to in South Africa.

[Lake Conroe] Black bass fishing has been only fair due to the below normal cold water temperature. Crappie fishing continues to be good in deep water weather permitting. Catfish fishing has also slowed due to the cold water temperatures. Hybrid activity is picking up on main lake points early and late and around the 1097 Bridge.
